The Lake Show Renewed!!

OMG, FINALLY!!!  As reported on nearly every news website (and some that aren’t…), the NBA owners and players have tentatively reached an agreement!!!  Here’s the Los Angeles Times story, reporting that Christmas Day will be the beginning of the season, and the Lakers will play the Chicago Bulls at Staples Center!  For die-hard fans who have been sorely disappointed over the past few months, this is truly great news.  Please indulge us while we behave like schoolkids just let out of detention…..

Limited Supply!

In ten years, I have never seen such a short supply of housing inventory in Foxenwood Estates, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Orcutt.  There are only two, count ’em two, single family residences currently on the market today out of over 850 homes in Foxenwood!
